what the law is in a case. Here, though, we are certain what the law is.
Unless proven otherwise, both children are assumed to have picked up the
TALLIS at the same time, and therefore they should divide it.

A. 1. If a person has any doubt, he will not swear
before the Torah. 2. Some people are more afraid to swear falsely in front
of the Al-mighty than to steal.
