Leadership

It is the general policy of the Yeshiva to inspire and develop rugged individualism. This means giving students real responsibilities and firsthand experience in the practicalities of serving the Jewish people. Besides taking an active part in the functioning of the Yeshiva itself, the students organize and carry out various community services and educational programs for the Israeli Army, and for many youth from the Diaspora.

Every student is expected to see himself as a member of the Jewish people as a whole - to care about the needs of the Jewish people everywhere. What is most important is that the Yeshiva gives the student room and shows him the way to bring out his special talents and abilities in finding answers to Jewish problems.
